You undertake risk assessments on campus where available in light of the ongoing Covid outbreak and through virtual case studies, as well as engaging with online lectures, workshops and seminars.


Case study evaluations and discussions with professionals will further consolidate your understanding. You will also do your own independent study and make use of online learning resources, including professional databases and Health and Safety Executive campaign sites.


The Unihub also has interactive exercises, links to external sources of information and podcasts, and a message board for discussions. This programme uses a wide variety of assessment including personal reflection, essays, management reports in line with industry expectations, and the independent project. You will have one exam. If you have travel restrictions to the UK due to coronavirus, this course can be started fully online with support to learn from your home country for the first term.


We are back on campus for the majority of teaching in Autumndesign dissertation project bioscience, as long as restrictions allow.
